When will my order be delivered?

We aim to deliver all orders within the delivery window displayed on checkout. If you’ve ordered a number of items, they could come in separate deliveries depending on the courier and delivery windows for each item, so please don’t worry if your order doesn’t all arrive together. The rest will still be coming.

If there are any delays with your order, we will notify you in advance of any issues.

Please note, depending on the area you are ordering from, some orders may be subjected to increased delivery windows. Orders from the Scotland Highlands/Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isle of Scilly will be subject to increased delivery windows from those shown, so please allow a longer for orders to arrive. If you have any questions regarding this, please contact us before ordering.

Can I specify a delivery date when ordering?

We have different delivery options available on most of our products; such as First Class Parcel, Local Pickup and FedEx Priority. When you checkout, you’ll be presented with what delivery options are available for your order and the associated cost.

Can I amend my delivery date or address?

Depending on the courier used you may be able to amend your delivery address. You will usually follow a link on the couriers website using your parcel tracking number.
For all other orders, please be advised that we will not be able to amend the delivery address once the order has been confirmed. If you need your order delaying, please make a note of this in the order notes.

What do I do if my delivery hasn’t arrived?

We aim to deliver all items with the delivery window. In the rare event of an item not arriving on time, please double check your order confirmation because if you have ordered multiple items, they may be delivered by different couriers or on different dates. If you still need assistance after checking, please contact us. Please include your order number and full details of what hasn’t arrived so we can help you faster.

What do I do if only part of my order arrives?

If the order has been sent in different parcels, then the delivery note will detail the items you can expect to find inside. Please check the delivery notes from each part of the order to make sure you’re not missing anything. If you have ordered multiple items, they may be delivered by different companies or on different dates. If you still need assistance after checking, please contact us. Please include your order number and full details of what hasn’t arrived so we can help you faster.

Do I have to be there to sign for delivery?

Most items require a signature on delivery as we want to make sure your goods are delivered and received correctly. You can, if you prefer, specify a different delivery address when you order so your items go to your work, a neighbour, or another place where you can collect them.

Do you deliver to work addresses?

Yes, we can deliver to residential addresses or places of employment. If you would like delivery to your place of work you will need to ensure that someone will be there to take receipt of the goods as the delivery company will deliver to the place not the person.

How much does delivery cost?

The cost of delivery will vary depending on what you are ordering. You’ll be able to see the delivery cost at the checkout stage of ordering.

Fedex Priority (Monday to Friday) – £14.40 (inc VAT)
FedEx Priority is the name for the service for parcel shipments up to 68kg, to be delivered by the end of the next business day. Service availability and exact delivery times depends on origin and destination postcodes.

First Class Parcel Post – £4.62 (inc VAT)

Royal Mail 1st class post aims to deliver parcels the next working day (including Saturdays). Depending on the destination postcodes and sorting hubs, exact delivery times can vary. A normal delivery time using this service is 1-3 working days.

Local Pickup – no charge
The option of collection from our workshop stores is available. On checkout, please advise us when you are collecting your order in the notes section so we can have it ready for you.
The collection address is: Autogas 2000 Leisure Ltd, Carlton Miniott, Thirsk, North Yorkshire, YO7 4NJ.

Do you deliver to PO or BFPO addresses?

Unfortunately, we are not able to deliver to those address types at this time.

Are receipts sent with deliveries?

Your receipt is the email you received when ordering your goods. An invoice is available to download through your account. The order number is proof of purchase. Keep the receipt as you’ll need this if you want to return items.
