Citroen panel van 2010 onwards 25ltr/10kg underfloor Caratank kit with B pillar filler.

This will suit vans with the exhaust exit towards to the rear wheel van side.
Our underfloor tank mounting cradles are now fully dipped and electroplated. This ensures that the electroplating goes fully inside the cradle to give the best corrosion protection possible.
In line with current industry guidelines the underfloor LPG tank and its mountings when installed should be further treated with a suitable spray on anti-stone chip paint.

This LPG tank setup kit is designed to be located in the centre of the vehicle just in front of the existing handbrake cable assembly.
The Caratank used is 25ltr water capacity only on the euro 4.
The tank is secured by using purpose designed tank mounting cradle, that have been designed by Autogas 2000 Leisure with collaboration with Cad designers. These British made cradles are laser cut and folded to offer a mounting for any of our 200mm diameter gas tanks under floor to the X250 chassis as used on many panel van conversions.
The design has been checked and an in-house certification is applied after confirmation from an engineering consultant to confirm that the cradle exceeds current recommendation for under floor tank mounting through mathematical calculations.
The cradles are bolted through the chassis side so offer an easy fitting on pre converted motor homes where a floor mounting would not be possible allowing the tank to lift straight in. This fixing also allows the tank to simply lifted into position during install and can in later life be simply removed for any service type of work that may be required. Rubber insulation is also used between the tank and mounting frame to further protect the tank from corrosion build up between the two surfaces.
The 25Ltr Caratank gives a 10kg working capacity and frees up the original gas locker box for other uses.
Various tank regulators are available either direct, remote or crash sensing in the event of new vans that require to use the gas heating while driving (remote mounted regulator included in this kit).
A heat shield is provided to reflect heat from the vehicle exhaust but also acts as a suitable stone guard to protect the tank during normal use.
Included the is kit is the led switched gauge, which is usually mounted on the dashboard giving a clear reading of the gas amount from inside the van.
Autogas 2000 recommend that the tank and associated fixing are further treated after install with suitable under-body stone guard spray on protection.
Choice of remote fill points are available to suit various van applications. The standard 70mm round filler in black, white or grey comes with this kit, along with a 2.5mtr fill hose so the filler can be fitted in the B pillar (usually at drivers’ side).
