Technical update LPG tank mounting cradles.
Our underfloor tank mounting cradles are now fully dipped and electroplated. This ensures that the electroplating goes fully inside the cradle to give the best corrosion protection possible.
In line with current industry guidelines the underfloor LPG tank and its mountings when installed should be further treated with a suitable spray on anti-stone chip paint.

Ideal for the small to medium panel vans and this install is using the small 16ltr gas tank to give working gas capacity of 6.4kg
The tank is secured by easy to fit bolt to the floor, using purpose designed tank mounting cradle, that have been designed by Autogas 2000 Leisure with collaboration with Cad designers. These British made cradles are laser cut and folded to offer a mounting for any of our 200mm diameter gas tanks under floor.
Various tank regulators are available either direct, remote or crash sensing in the event of new vans that require to use the gas heating while driving (direct to tank regulator included in this kit).
We have opted for the sill mounted filler for filling but there is an option for the round filler to go into the panel side, but this will further work to seal from habitation. We can of course tailor the kit to suit your requirements etc.
Autogas 2000 recommend that the tank and associated fixings are further treated after install with suitable underbody stone guard spray on protection
