Gas Bottle Locker Box for 2.7kg Single Bottle

Description

This gas locker is suitable for 2.7kg exchange bottles or cylinders of the same size 2.7kg for fixed refillable bottles.
Made from mild steel with rubber seal to create a sealed box with a detachable front cover for easy access. The box is finished in high quality black powder coating and there is enough space to add your gas regulator and hoses inside.
Each locker comes with bottle strap and drop out vent. The hole for the drop out vent or gas pipes can be cut any place where appropriate depending on your van.
Ideal for self-build camper van conversions where a simple bolt in solution is required.

Complies to BS EN 1949:2002+A3:2013. As per COP402 for Motorhomes states for fire resistance.
‘Any part of the gas compartment that is fitted so that the other side is in the habitation area of the caravan or motorhome shall be protected with fire resisting material with at least a 20 min fire resistance. An aluminium sheet of at least 0.5 mm thickness is considered as being acceptable.’
The locker box supplied withstands the 20 minute testing.
